Drawing upon over four decades of playing and instructing experience, Rob, affectionately known as "Cro," has dedicated himself to creating a facility where individuals of all ages can discover the joys of playing hockey. His illustrious 25-year playing career commenced in the Brantford Minor Hockey Association, and he later made a significant impact during his three years with the OHL's Belleville Bulls. Furthermore, Rob's journey included an impressive haul of 4 Provincial Championships and 3 National Championships with the York Yeomen University Team.
An adept skater and revered team captain throughout his career, Rob consistently earned recognition as the unsung hero of his teams, securing numerous MVP and top performer accolades along the way. Upon completing his university education, Rob pursued his passion for working with children, gaining invaluable experience through roles at the Boys and Girls Club of Brantford, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and ultimately, the Brantford Minor Hockey organization. Through these experiences, he honed the skills necessary to effectively and positively engage with children both on and off the ice, further enriching his mission to foster a love for hockey in the next generation.
Matt, a proud alumnus of Brantford Minor Hockey and a former standout rep team goaltender, has elevated the craft of goalie training to an art form. His remarkable knack for assessing goaltenders' strengths and weaknesses and tailoring training regimens to unlock their full potential is second to none. Under Matt's tutelage, goaltenders consistently respond positively to his expert guidance, fueled by his unwavering encouragement on the ice, pushing them to give their absolute best. As a result, they leave the ice not only drenched in sweat but also brimming with newfound confidence and a contagious smile.
